Villa Oasis Interscholastic Center for Education

“Non Desistas Non Exieris”

MISSION

Villa Oasis Interscholastic Center for Education (V.O.I.C.E.) is a program of the Pinal County School Superintendent's Office which provides academic/occupational education and social skills training in a safe, supportive environment. V.O.I.C.E. serves families with youth grades 9-12 at risk of not completing their secondary education, and seeks the empowerment of students through the development of skills and experiences essential for responsible, independent living.

VISION

The Villa Oasis High School will advance the intellectual, social and emotional needs of all its students while serving each individual’s immediate needs within an environment that promotes success for all students. Technology, hands-on activities, life experiences and interdisciplinary instruction will enhance teaching and learning. Curriculum development will be an on-going process geared to the needs of the students in accordance with state-mandated standards.

Faculty, students, families and the community will be actively involved in the educational process to create a safe, supportive environment where students are motivated to learn and believe that success is attainable. Everyone will honor and respect the differences and uniqueness of each individual while developing a sense of responsibility towards themselves, their school community and the community at large.

The Villa Oasis High School will be a school where both students and faculty come together as a community of lifelong learners. They will leave high school with the knowledge and tools necessary to confidently meet the challenges of adult life.
